Very good cold and heat insulation is assured by the low thermal conduction coefficient (0.2 W/k.m). Seamless molding enables wet cleaning and disinfection measures in the food sector. Even processes such as low-temperature jet cleaning with CO2 pellets are possible. In addition to the anti-slip and smooth version, coats may also be sprayed on in textured form. In case of contamination with foreign matter or water penetration, surefootedness may additionally be increased.
MetaLine Series 700 – MetaLine Series 700 coatings round off sharp edges and cover all surfaces with a soft, springy protective coating. Very good cold/heat insulation is ensured by a low thermal conductivity of 0.2 W/m.K (0.12 BTU/h.ft.°F).
