Gritblasting Gun SP1

Features

The MetaLine gritblasting gun SP1 is used for rapid and professional sandblasting of small areas, realistically up to a maximum size of 1 m² (11 ft²). The blasting medium is sucked in directly from a bag or bucket by means of the attached float.

Owing to an air consumption amounting only to approximately 380 liter/minute (100 gal/minute) (with a maximum working pressure of 8 bar / 115 psi) and practically installation-free usage, the blasting gun is an indispensable tool for numerous repair and coating applications. A surface roughness of up to R(z) = 75 my (3 mils) may be achieved using suitable grits. Both Fe and NFe surfaces can be treated.

Robust and solid construction assure sufficient wear resistance and longevity.

Compared to grinding tools, flex grinders or grinding paper, blasting with the SP1 achieves a deep, uniform roughness. A decisive criterion for coating measures!
