Cleaning behavior, hygienics and outer appearance are optimized. Platforms may be coated decoratively and slip-resistant. Wear-sensitive commercial vehicles, such as cleaning machines, may be protected and run with noticeably less noise thanks to the rubber-like skin.
MetaLine Series 700 – MetaLine Series 700 coatings enable the seamless lining of passenger cars, vans, trucks, food delivery vehicles or ambulances. Cleaning, hygiene and optics are optimized. The desired static friction can be selected - surfaces can be lined from self-sliding to slip-resistant. You determine the desired structure, from mirror-smooth to ultra-textured! Above all, the applicaton as well as the product itself is NON-toxic and literally free of Isocyantes. Wear-stressed commercial vehicles, such as suction sweepers, are protected and considerably quieter due to the rubber-like skin. Special color requests can be realised within 2-3 working days. MetaLine Series 700 –

Commercial vehicles subject to wear and tear, such as tippers, loading platforms or even “just” suction sweepers and flushing vehicles, are protected and – thanks to the rubber-like skin – even noiseless. Impact- and abrasion-resistant, waterproof, rot-proof and chemical-resistant. But how does your vehicle get the coating? Or does the coating even come to you? Self-application is also possible for commercial users. From online instruction to comprehensive on-site training, we offer every form of help to ensure that your vehicle remains in the best hands – that is: yours!

And nobody wants to talk about material costs on the Internet? We do: From around 200 EUR/m² – plus your working time.

But what really matters is the appropriate support and advice before, during and, if necessary, after the application. Because your coating always remains our coating – and it has to work!

Truck platform lining - MetaLine 795 as a non-slip coating for tipper vehicles. Here, the coating on a small municipal vehicle is additionally textured at the customer's request. Available in 7 different basic colors, smooth or grained, in a variable layer thickness that is individually adapted to the vehicles loading capacity!
Truck bed coating - ask about our certified partners - or do it yourself for your commercial needs! A coating trainer from our company will support you the first time on site! MetaLine advises - but does not persuade!
Dump truck coating - MetaLine is a major player in the municipal sector. Regardless of whether it has to protect against impact or support safe sliding. Our coatings can optimally support the function of the vehicle - without significantly affecting the overall weight!
Underbody coating - MetaLine 785 is a reliable partner for manufacturers of expedition vehicles and special bodies. Waterproofing and bending resistance are good examples to illustrate the functional spectrum of our high-performance coating . . .
Tipper coating - MetaLine 795 is a rot-resistant protective coating that can also be used safely for the transportation of biological waste or in animal processing
Silo truck coating - MetaLine 795 non-stick coating for complete load eradication - with food and pharmaceutical conformity. For animal feed, grain, pellets and other powdered or granulated bulk materials
Semi-trailer coating - MetaLine Series 700 can even be applied to the floor area, although this is certainly the exception. This type of lining makes no sense for conventional general cargo transportation, but only for the internal transportation of highly sensitive components!
Dump truck coating - MetaLine 795 is a proven solution when bulk material has to slide off completely. However, from a rock size of more than 25 mm (1 inch), coating becomes uneconomical due to the high layer thickness required . . .
Aluminum dump truck coating - with a 4 mm (160 mils) MetaLine 795 coating, your dump truck gets the wear resistance of steel, but retains the weight advantages of lightweight aluminum construction. Our special coating has a density of just 1.05 g/cm³ (0.038 lb/in³)!
Tipper coating – MetaLine 795 after 12 months of operation as scratch-resistant non-stick coating for defined bulk transport. At the rear edge tremendously increased in thickness to withstand the high wear in the exit area
Dump truck liner – MetaLine 795 as a highly efficient non-stick coating against highly adhesive substances such as clay, sand, salts - very resistant but not intended for transporting heavy debris on a permanent basis
Excavator bucket coating - 5 mm (200 mils) MetaLine 795 Non-stick coating for buckets and shovels that load clay or finely granulated media. A good solution, but the bucket should then be used exclusively for these sticky jobs - and nothing else!
