Repair composites to seal leaking pipes

Leaks in every form result in extreme costs year after year. By far more problematic is the high risk to humans and the environment posed by leaking chemical substances. In case of damage, fast and safe remedy is essential – no matter what the cause. Modern sealing technologies need to be available and usable round-the-clock.

MetaLine Series XL – MetaLine Series XL are spatula or brush-applicable repair materials for the permanent sealing of metal, plastic or concrete pipes. Use is possible on all pipe diameters. Via various reinforcement techniques high-pressure applications up to 200 bar (2,900 psi) operating pressure are possible. Processing can be done completely spark-free, so that measures on explosive components or flammable stored materials are possible. However, the products are electrically insulating and their suitability for use with regard to static charge build-up (ATEX protection) must first be examined.
