Horizontal Rotating Device
To be used for coating work carried out under horizontal rotation. This device makes sure that spraying on is done evenly and with optimum accessibility. The device is height-adjustable by means of a gas pressure spring between 56 (22 inches) and 80 cm (30 inches) and can thus be optimally adjusted to the working height convenient for the user. Load capacity centrally up to 100 kg (220 lbs). The diameter of the rotary table 82 cm (32 inches), manufactured from a sturdy multiplex plate with a plastic laminated finish (see above). With this device, unstable working objects can be fastened comfortably by means of screws without any problems.
Vertical Rotating Device
When it comes to routine coating work on impellers, housings, rollers, drums, cones, and similar parts, we recommend using a mechanical vertical rotating device constructed by our Portuguese sales partner, continuously further developed in practical use and also manufactured in Portugal.
The rotation device features an enormous sturdiness and is suitable for part weights of up to 250 kg (550 lbs).
It is possible to attach a mounting plate (threaded ring with clamping elements) or a big chuck to the shaft. Both versions are already included in the scope of delivery. The chuck has a diameter of 350 mm (14 inches) and is suitable for enormous diameters. The turning handle for component rotation may be adjusted in height and can thus be adapted to the weight of the relevant piece. The shaft may be displaced horizontally to compensate for the tilt occurring with higher weights. Thanks to the 4 rollers attached, the entire device may be moved very flexibly.
Practical use of the rotating device is shown in the adjacent pump video. For high-end applications an electrical version operated by the user is available.
