KSB Pumpen Testsieger

Die elastomere MetaLine Beschichtungstechnologie ist der große Testsieger des KSB-Pumpen Beschichtungstest.
Im Vergleich mit 25 internationalen Wettbewerbern hat sich unser Werkstoffverfahren mit einer bis zu 35 (!) mal höheren Verschleißbeständigkeit durchgesetzt!

Als einzige (!) synthetische Beschichtung überhaupt, wurde MetaLine von KSB als funktioneller Kavitationsschutz eingestuft! Die Erosionsbeständigkeit wurde sogar als doppelt so hoch bewertet wie die des KSB Sonderwerkstoffes „Noridur”!

MetaLine Serie 700 –

Sprühbar / OEM-Hersteller-Qualität

MetaLine Serie 700 Beschichtungen absorbieren zerstörende Prallenergien durch ein dauerelastisches Werkstoffverhalten. Die Schichtdicke wird hierfür individuell an die Belastungsparameter und Strömungsgegebenheiten der Pumpenkonstruktion angepasst. Dadurch resultieren in der Regel 4-5-fache Standzeiten von MetaLine beschichteten Laufrädern im Vergleich zu ungeschützten Graugusskonstruktionen!

MetaLine Serie XL –

Spachtel- oder pinselbar / Reparatur-Qualität

MetaLine Serie XL sind polymere Reparaturwerkstoffe für die Wiederherstellung verschlissener Strukturen und Geometrien. Rechtzeitig eingesetzt, verhindern sie weiteren Substanzabbau am Laufrad und statische Stabilitätsverluste. Die Werkstoffe zeichnen sich durch eine außergewöhnliche starke Haftung zum Untergrund sowie ihre gute Korrosions- und Erosionsbeständigkeit aus.
